Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

**Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please note that all dispatch and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to courier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen disruptions.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, Arlo Grey is not responsible for delays in transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping; however, please note the following:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, and handling charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Customs processing may cause delays, and delivery timeframes for international orders may be longer than estimated.
  • Arlo Grey is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Customs, Duties & VAT
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties, and other applicable taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer before delivery can be completed.

Arlo Grey has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure successful delivery.

Arlo Grey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
